How Carolinas Growth tracks projects
Projects are classified by their documented stage, such as proposed, under review, approved, funded, under construction, operating, delayed, paused, cancelled or abandoned. An announcement or proposal is not treated as a completed project.
Sources
Primary sources such as government records, agency documents, permits, public filings and company announcements are preferred when available. Other reporting may be used with clear attribution. When sources disagree or important facts remain uncertain, that is noted on the project record.
Updates
Project records are updated when new information materially changes a project’s status, timing, scope or other important details. Each record shows when its sources were last reviewed.
